This is the most common email in my inbox. When inquiring about your order, please be sure to send me some details to help locate your shipment. Your name, order number, moccasin style, and date you ordered are some great ways to help me track down your order.

"When will my order ship?"

Due to the handmade nature of my shop, items are estimated to be made by hand and shipped approximately 2-4 weeks from the purchase date.

"What is your refund policy?"

Every moccasin order is considered a custom order, as I do not keep inventory. I happily make every pair as requested, so I do not offer refunds/returns at this time. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I will do my absolute best to resolve your issue.

"Where are these moccasins made?"

Each pair of moccasins is handmade in sunny Southern California. I take pride in knowing that I have hand-selected each hide, cut each pattern by hand, constructed each moccasin, and packaged each order myself.

"Are all of these shoes made from leather?"

Yes. Each pair of moccasins is made with the highest quality 100% genuine leather. Just as no human has perfect skin, there is no such thing as a perfect hide. I take care to use the finest hides available to me, but each pair will vary slightly in texture and color.

"Can I buy your pattern from you?"

"Do you offer custom orders?"
